The Retail Team includes the following roles:

Automotive - Parts Pro

Our in-store parts expert — requires automotive parts knowledge and familiarity with automotive repairs.

Market Car Buyer

Purchases vehicles for store locations and travels within the market to purchase from dealers, tow yards and auctions.

Retail Sales Associate

Provides best-in-class customer service with a can-do selling spirit. Pleasant, respectful and helpful.

Assistant Sales Manager - Automotive Parts

Supervises store sales and employee performance to ensure goals are met safely and efficiently.

RETAIL TEAM TRAINING PROGRAM

ALL OF OUR RETAIL TEAM EMPLOYEES ARE EMPOWERED WITH A 10-DAY TRAINING PERIOD.

We want you to be successful at work, so it’s our job to empower you with all the skills and knowledge you need to do your job well. Our 10-day training period for Retail Team members includes two full workweeks of onboarding and integration. We strive to provide an environment where you can learn and grow.   

 

The 10-day Retail Team training includes:

  • Retail store and yard tour
  • Store policies and procedures
  • Customer service skills
  • Observation & monitoring
  • Assistance from training buddy
