Call Center Team
As the voice of Pull-A-Part, the Call Center Team drives traffic to our stores.
For 80% of our customers, their first contact with the company is through the Call Center. That’s why our Call Center Team members must be helpful, enthusiastic, and flexible. This group is a reputation-building, revenue-driving force for Pull-A-Part
The Call Center Team includes the following roles:
Customer Service Agent
Handles phone, internet and online chat inquiries with customers and prospects.
Direct Car Buyer
Purchases vehicles from individuals via phone, internet, vendors, and store locations.
Dispatch Agent
Navigates calls regarding vehicle pick-up. Schedules transporters for vehicle purchase and delivery.
Third Party Agent
Purchases vehicles for parts or resale from online services, title companies and other vendors.
Used Car Sales
Shows and sells used vehicles to buyers. Experience in car sales a plus.
Outside Buyer
Builds relationships and purchases vehicles for Pull-A-Part within a territory. Travel required.
Customer Sales and Support Representative
Handles phone, internet and online chat inquiries with customers and prospects.

CALL CENTER TEAM TRAINING PROGRAM
ALL OF OUR CALL CENTER EMPLOYEES ARE EMPOWERED WITH AN INTENSIVE TRAINING PROGRAM.
