WELCOME PARTS PERKS MEMBERS!
We’re excited to welcome U-Pull-&-Pay’s Parts Perks Members to the VIP Club. Parts Perks Members will start being upgraded to our new VIP Club Program during the month of January on a store-by-store basis. You may continue to use your Parts Perks benefits until your membership is upgraded to a VIP Club Membership. Once you are upgraded, you will need to activate your new account (see below). Any Parts Perks Points in your account at the time of upgrade will be converted into VIP Rewards (store credit) with no change in value. When you log into your VIP Club account for the first time, you will be able to view your VIP Rewards Credit under “Credits.”
All Parts Perks Members will be automatically upgraded to VIP Club Memberships between January 4th and January 27th. The loyalty program is still free and you will keep any rewards you have earned to date. Once the new VIP Club is available at your store, all you’ll need to do is claim and activate your account (using your existing Parts Perks Membership number or phone number you used for Parts Perks).
The process to claim and activate your account will be fast and easy, and our store associates will be available to assist you if you need help. To activate your account, please visit the VIP Club Page at https://www.pullapart.com/vip-club and reset your password using your existing Parts Perks information. This will send you a link you can use to reset your login information to gain access to your new VIP Club Membership account. U-Pull-&-Pay is now A Pull-A-Part Company and the VIP Club is managed by Pull-A-Part for both companies.

Parts Perks VIP Club FAQs
Does the new VIP Club Program cost money?
No. Just like Parts Perks, the VIP Club is 100% free. You must activate your account and keep your account active in order to earn and redeem VIP Rewards store credit (you must have either a valid mobile phone number or email address on file with us to ensure you receive important updates regarding your account).
What happened to my Parts Perks Points?
Any Parts Perks Points you previously earned and did not redeem prior to you being upgraded to a VIP Club Membership have been converted to VIP Rewards store credit (with no change in value). Once you activate your VIP Club Membership (using your Parts Perks Membership information), you can view your VIP Rewards Credit under “Credits” in your account. Your VIP Rewards will be displayed as “VIP Store Credit”. You will also be able to earn VIP Rewards (3% store credit) on qualifying retail purchases of used auto parts at both Pull-A-Part and U-Pull-&-Pay Stores*).
* U-Pull-&-Pay’s Indianapolis and Louisville stores are independently owned and operated locations and do not participate in the VIP Club Membership Program. Customers in Indianapolis or Louisville may continue to use VIP Club Membership Benefits at Pull-A-Part’s Indianapolis and Louisville locations.
Do I still earn Points on my purchases at U-Pull-&-Pay?
VIP Club Members now earn VIP Rewards instead of Parts Perks Points. VIP Rewards are equal to 3% store credit on all qualifying retail used auto parts purchases. If you purchase $100 worth of used auto parts, you would earn $3 in VIP Rewards store credit to use towards a future purchase in the store.
Unlike Parts Perks Points, your VIP Rewards are displayed in dollars (the total amount of store credit you have available to redeem towards future retail used auto parts purchases). You may earn VIP Rewards at both participating U-Pull-&-Pay and Pull-A-Part stores and can redeem your points towards future retail purchases of used auto parts at any of our stores.* Your VIP Rewards do NOT expire and there is no limit to the amount of VIP Rewards you may earn.
* U-Pull-&-Pay’s Indianapolis and Louisville stores are independently owned and operated locations that do not currently participate in the VIP Club Program. Customers in Indianapolis or Louisville may continue to use their VIP Club Membership benefits at Pull-A-Part’s Indianapolis and Louisville stores.
How do I join the new VIP Club Program?
If you were previously a Parts Perks Member, you already have a VIP Club Membership account – you just need to activate it (see the information at the top of this page). You can activate your VIP Club Membership by resetting your password using your Parts Perks Membership number or the mobile phone number or email address you used for Parts Perks.
All VIP Club Membership Program account management and communications are managed by Pull-A-Part for both U-Pull-&-Pay and Pull-A-Part customers. This means you will need to visit the Pull-A-Part website to login to your VIP Club Membership account. Emails and text messages will also now be sent from Pull-A-Part. Please add these emails or text messages to your contacts (and don’t opt-out) to ensure you receive your VIP Club communications.

Will I still get Parts Perks Texts?
You will still receive exclusive discounts and information about VIP-only sales and promotions via SMS text or email (depending on your communication preferences). These messages will now come from Pull-A-Part (Pull-A-Part manages the VIP Club program for both U-Pull-&-Pay and Pull-A-Part). Please be on the lookout for emails or text messages from Pull-A-Part about your VIP Club Member benefits each month.
