Tee Shirt Design Contest

• Open to all current store employees and customers 18 year old or older.
• Each participant can submit up to one (1) design.
• Submissions must be original and created by the participant.

• Must incorporate the store’s name and/or logo in some way.
• Must incorporate the local feel of the city/state
• Keep the design appropriate and in line with company values (no offensive or copyrighted material).
• Must be printable on a standard t-shirt (front-only or back-only).
• Can be hand-drawn or digital, but digital submissions must be in high-resolution format (PNG, JPG, or vector file). Can be one color to full color design.

• Late submissions will not be considered.

• Creativity – Unique and eye-catching design.
• Relevance – Reflects the store’s brand and culture.
• Local Flair - Must incorporate the local feel of the city/state
• Wearability – Looks good as a t-shirt.
• Employee Vote – Finalists will be selected and voted on by employees.

• The winning design will be printed on store t-shirts.
• The winner will receive $250 Pull-A-Part Gift Card 
• Runners-up may receive honorable mentions or small prizes.

• By submitting a design, participants grant Pull-A-Part LLC a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the design in any medium, including but not limited to t-shirts, marketing materials, and promotional content.
• The company reserves the right to modify the winning design as necessary for production and branding purposes.
• Participants acknowledge that no compensation will be provided beyond the stated prize.

• Pull-A-Part LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the contest rules or contains inappropriate content.
• The company is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete submissions.
• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and any decisions made by the company, which are final and binding.

• Participants release and hold harmless Pull-A-Part LLC, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, or damages related to participation in this contest.
• The contest is subject to all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
