RESET YOUR PASSWORD TO ACCESS YOUR VIP CLUB MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT

In order to reset your password or activate your VIP Club Membership (for previous Parts Perks Members), we must already have your membership number, phone number, or email address on file. If these options aren’t recognized by the system, please visit your local store to reset your password in person or contact the VIP Club Membership customer service team at customerservice@pullapart.com. Our representatives will be happy to assist you with updating your information and gaining access to your VIP Club Membership account.

Verified VIPs who have not yet logged in to the VIP Club Dashboard: If you have signed up to be a Pull-A-Part VIP, and verified your email address or phone number, but have not yet logged into the VIP Club Dashboard, please follow these steps to log in:

  1. Enter the email address or phone number used to create your VIP Club account into the "Lost Password" widget on this page and click the "Reset Password" button.
  2. Look for the email or text and click the "Verify Your VIP Club Account" button
  3. Create a new password for your VIP Club Account
  4. Use the email address/phone number and new password to log in at www.PullAPart.com/VIP-club/
