COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES UPDATE: March 16, 2021

We realize that some of the places we operate have started to remove COVID restrictions. We are excited to see that we are getting closer to being able to return to how things were before COVID-19.

While some parts of the country have started to remove restrictions, Pull-A-Part is continuing to follow the guidance of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) to keep our employees, customers and our greater communities safe.

We will continue to adhere to the following CDC recommendations across all of our stores until we receive guidance that these safeguards are no longer necessary. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Customers stand 6 feet apart

Customers are required to stand 6 feet apart.

Current COVID-19 Safety Measures:

  • Masks are required for entry at all Pull-A-Part locations

  • We are frequently cleaning all surfaces, touchscreens and restrooms in accordance with CDC and various health department regulations

  • We are practicing social distancing at our stores, which includes:

    • Encouraging all customers and employees to keep at a safe distance at our stores

    • Limiting the number of customers who can be in our store at one time

    • We are conducting check-in / checkout activities outside the store, to limit the amount of time customers are in stores

  • We are encouraging employees not to work if they are sick

  • We are encouraging customers to use our online resources for inventory, pricing and other information to limit contact with our screens in stores

  • We are encouraging employees to take added precautions when interacting with customers (e.g. wearing gloves)

 

COVID-19 Updates and FAQs

Why is Pull-A-Part Still Requiring Masks?

For the safety of our employees and customers. While some states and communities have removed COVID restrictions, the CDC and other health officials continue to advise businesses to continue to practice safety measures like wearing of masks.

Do I Need to Wear a Mask Out In the Yard?

We do not require masks out on the yard, only in our main building (where you come in and check out). We do ask that you respect your fellow customers and continue social distance at this time.
