Overseeing vehicle processing from start to finish, our Production Team works outside every day preparing and placing vehicles so customers can safely find the parts they need. The team also prepares and ships vehicles and parts for recycling, keeping our yards clean and environmentally friendly.

The Production Team includes the following roles:

Production Team Member

Processes, dismantles and recycles vehicles outdoors. Parts knowledge and mechanical skills a plus.

Engine Disassembler

Works outdoors using pneumatic tools, wrenches and overhead hoists to move large components.

Forklift Operator

Unloads materials and transports them onto and around the yard safely and responsibly. Certification required.

Assistant Production Manager - Auto Salvage/Recycling

Works closely with Production Manager to supervise employees in an production and recycling environment.

PRODUCTION TEAM TRAINING PROGRAM

ALL OF OUR PRODUCTION TEAM EMPLOYEES ARE EMPOWERED WITH AN INTENSIVE TRAINING PROGRAM.

We want you to be successful at work, so it’s our job to empower you with all the skills and knowledge you need to do your job well. Our 10-day training program includes intensive instruction and guidance, with a particular focus on safety. We strive to provide an environment where you can learn and grow.   

 

Depending on your role, Production Team training covers:

  • Safety and OSHA protocols

  • Scrap processing procedures
  • Freight and shipping preparation
  • Observation and mentoring
